A first in Türkiye
A laser-guided concrete screed spreads, compacts and levels freshly poured concrete in a single pass, following the grade defined by a laser transmitter set up on site. It reaches a flatness and level accuracy conventional screeding cannot.
Laser-guided grade control
The transmitter on site continuously checks the machine against the target grade, removing operator-driven deviation.
Large areas in one pass
Spreading, compacting and levelling happen in one machine, multiplying the area that can be poured in a day.
Fewer joints
Because the slab can be poured in large panels, the number of joints drops — and with it maintenance cost and failure risk.
High flatness tolerance
Meets the flatness figures required by very narrow aisle (VNA) racking and automated warehouses.

Macro synthetic fibre reinforcement that works within the concrete
We bring Ataklar İnşaat's industrial flooring and field experience together with PolyProFiber macro synthetic fibre products in one project approach.
Macro fibres with a monofilament copolymer and polypropylene structure disperse three-dimensionally through the concrete mix. When assessed against the structural requirements and concrete mix design, they offer a reinforcement option that supports crack control, impact behaviour and long-term durability.
- A fibre structure that supports shrinkage and micro-crack control
- Polymer-based reinforcement that does not corrode
- Three-dimensional distribution through the concrete volume
- A solution suited to industrial floors and ground-bearing slabs
Product type and dosage must be determined from project loads, concrete class and the engineering design.

Tell us the condition of the floor and the approximate area — our team will get back to you to arrange a survey.
From survey to handover in five steps
The same process runs on a 200 m² warehouse and on a 65,000 m² production plant.
First call
We start with a conversation to understand your requirements and expectations.
Survey & analysis
We inspect the existing slab, load conditions and how the space is used, on site.
Solution & quote
We select the right system for the project and give you a clear, itemised proposal.
Surface preparation
Mechanical preparation brings the substrate to the adhesion profile the system requires.
Application & handover
We apply to a programme that minimises disruption, then hand over after inspection.
Sectors that need industrial flooring
Load, hygiene and safety requirements differ by sector — and so does the system we specify.
- Industrial facilities
- Food industry (meat, dairy, chocolate, canning)
- Textile industry (weaving, dyeing, yarn)
- Pharmaceutical industry
- Power plants (gas, thermal)
- Defence industry
- Automotive industry
- Car parks
- Hangars
- Hospitals
- Shopping centres (stores, food courts)
- Cold storage
Answers before you commit
The questions our team is asked most often on a first site visit.
Our industrial flooring systems are designed for factories, warehouses, production plants and similar industrial spaces. Car parks, hangars, hospitals and shopping centres with heavy footfall are also covered.
The duration depends on the size of the project and the state of the existing floor, but the work is generally completed quickly. On large sites we phase the application so production never stops.
We begin with a conversation to understand your requirements and expectations. We then present a solution tailored to the details of the project. Once agreed, we move into a fast, professional application process.
Epoxy coatings show high resistance to heavy loads, chemicals, impact and other external factors. They are solvent-free and odourless, and adding aggregate produces an anti-slip surface.
Polished concrete is a low-maintenance floor. Beyond regular cleaning it generally needs no protective coatings.
Saw cutting produces less dust and noise than other cutting methods, which makes working indoors or in busy areas considerably easier.
