Your name, company, telephone number and e-mail address when you complete a contact or quotation form or contact us by phone or e-mail.
Project and enquiry details
The service required, approximate area, city or district, source page and any project information entered in the message field.
Transaction and security data
Limited technical information such as IP address, access time, browser or device signals, requested page, error and security logs, and a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token.
Correspondence
Your enquiry, the e-mail generated from it, our replies and related communications arising during a quotation or project process.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Depending on the activity, processing relies on Article 5(2) of Law No. 6698: necessity for a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, or a legitimate interest that does not prejudice your fundamental rights. If a separate activity requires explicit consent, it will be requested freely and separately from this notice.

6. Retention
General enquiries
Up to three years after the enquiry is closed, or until a continuing dispute or legal duty ends.
Quotation, contract and project records
For the statutory retention and limitation period arising from the commercial relationship; generally no more than ten years after it ends.
Technical and security logs
Proportionately, according to security needs, and generally for no more than twelve months; longer only while a security incident is investigated.
Data-subject applications
Up to three years after the application is concluded, taking account of proof and dispute periods.
When the purpose and legal retention duty end, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised as appropriate.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures such as access restrictions, secure transmission, anti-spam verification, maintained software and supplier controls. No internet transmission is absolutely secure, so measures are reviewed in line with the risk and available technology.
8. Your rights and contact
To exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, send an application identifying you and your request to the data controller at the business address stated above or, if previously registered in our systems, from your e-mail address to info@ataklarinsaat.com. Applications are answered as soon as possible and no later than 30 days.
